Travax is a website (www.travax.com) published by Shoreland that medical professionals use to prepare travelers and expatriates for the health threats and other concerns that come with international travel. Main Features

Report Builder. Simply select the desired report components (specific countries and/or topics), and then view, e-mail, or print the report.

Destinations. Profiles of 236 countries include carefully nuanced vaccine recommendations, detailed malaria and yellow fever maps, advice on traveler's diarrhea, safety concerns, and other location-specific issues. Travax also provides country-specific handouts on basic preventive measures, vaccine info, and disease/vaccine topics.

Medical Library. More than 200 continuously updated articles and handouts are organized under vaccines, travel-related diseases, special needs travelers, and other health and safety topics. Over 350 Literature Watch Reviews (annotated journal abstracts in the travel medicine field) are included.
