Shoreland offers a special Travax licensing option for International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM) members through the ISTM Member Advantage Program.

ISTM Member Advantage Program

Shoreland has teamed up with ISTM to offer current, active ISTM members a 50% discount on Travax for the first year of service at a new site not currently licensed for Travax use. If you are not an ISTM member, you can join ISTM to get all the benefits of membership (see www.istm.org) and get a year's use of Travax, all for less than the standard annual Travax license fee.

To qualify for a new Travax site license using this offer, download and complete the Program Terms and Application Form. The application form is an editable PDF, so you can easily type in your information, save the file with your name, and send it to sales@shoreland.com as an email attachment. If you are not able to email the form, fax it to 1-414-290-1907.
